1- Mixing components: PVC + calcium carbonate + chemical additives into blend
2- Extruding PVC sheet from mixed blend with inline heat film transferring of “marble” pattern
3- Extruding profile “core” from blend + cap layer from pure PVC both combined  in co-extrusion mold with inline heat film transferring of “marble” pattern
4-Crushing and milling PVC wastes into powder for recycling in production

The issue among thickness, strength and price:

The thicker, the more strength, the higher price;the thinner, the less strength, the lower price. Too thin, it tends to be fragile and break; too thick, it tends to be more excessive heavy. Among these thickness size, 3.2 mm is middle, this thickness level can possess very good enough strength for cutting, sawing and cladding. Also this 3.2 mm thickness enjoys economical price. This is a nice balance for importers, distributors and end consumers.
